✓	中心照常開放，課堂照常進行 The Centre will open and have normal classes
✗	中心暫停開放，課堂將會取消 The Centre will be closed and classes will be cancelled
▲	如中心未開放，中心暫停服務，功輔班將會取消, 專科班將會改期進行。如中心已開放，將會跟據天文台的指引作出安排學生課堂。 The Centre will be closed, homework classes will be cancelled and tutorial classes will be changed. The Centre will open and we will follow the guidelines from the Hong Kong Observatory and arrange the classes.

當天文台除下惡劣天氣警告，中心將於兩小時後恢復服務。
在一般情況下，平日下午1:30或之後（星期六早上9:00前）懸掛八號或以上風球及黑色暴雨不用上課; 下午12:30前除下所有惡劣天氣警告會如常上課 (或因應當天情況而定，本中心會出根據天文台的指引發出公告並通知家長有關上課安排)
如本中心開放，但學生未有前來上課，恕未能安排補課。
如學生上課時，天文台轉發黑色暴雨警告信號或八號烈風或暴風信號，本中心將會安排他們停留在原地，待家長前來接走或天氣穩定才離開。
如有任何爭議，躍星教育保留最終決定權。

When the Hong Kong Observatory removes the severe weather warning, the center will resume service after two hours.

2. There will be no classes if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or if there is a black rainstorm signal at or after 1:30 pm on weekdays (before 9:00 am on Saturdays); classes will continue as usual if all severe weather warnings are removed before 12:30 pm (or depending on the situation on the day, the center will issue an announcement based on the Observatory’s guidance)

3. If the center is open but students do not attend classes, we will not be able to arrange make-up classes.

4. If the Hong Kong Observatory changes the signal to the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Typhon Signal No. 8 or higher during class, the center will arrange for them to stay where they are until their parents come to pick them up or the weather stabilizes before leaving.

5. In the event of any dispute, Rising Stars Elite Education Centre reserves the right to make the final decision.
